EGG is a trademark and logo owned by ShenZhen JuHaiRongLian Technology
Technology Co., Ltd. and is used by Ghazalah Trading Co., Limited under authorization. Pursuant to such authorization, Ghazalah Trading Co., Limited markets and sells EGG-branded products and provides this Limited Warranty (“Policy”) for all EGG-branded products (“Products”) purchased through authorized EGG distributors, dealers, or the official EGG website. By purchasing and using an EGG product, the original purchaser (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Warranty Policy.
1. Warranty Coverage Eligibility & Duration
Coverage: All EGG products are covered by a two (2)-year limited warranty from the original purchase date, regardless of product category or price.
Eligibility: This warranty is available exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation, invoice) to verify purchase date, product model, and authorized point of purchase.
Warranty Period: The warranty begins on the original purchase date and expires on the last day of the one-year period. No extensions are granted for repair or replacement services.
2. Scope of Warranty Coverage
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, as outlined in the Product’s user manual and guidelines.
Remedy: If a defect arises within the warranty period, EGG may, at its discretion:
(a) Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts that meet EGG’s quality standards, or
(b) Replace the defective product with the same model, a functionally equivalent model, or the nearest available comparable model.
3. Warranty Claim Procedures & Responsibilities
Initiating a Claim: To begin a warranty claim, the Customer must contact EGG Customer Service at customersupport@szegg.com, providing:
Details of the defect
Proof of purchase
Product serial number (if applicable)
Photos/videos of the defect (if requested by EGG).
Shipping Costs: The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the defective product to the designated service center. EGG may provide discounted shipping labels to assist with the return.
Repaired/Replacement Shipping: EGG covers the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced product to the Customer unless the claim is deemed ineligible under this Policy.
4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:
(a) Improper use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the Product’s user manual
(b) Accidental damage, fire, water immersion, or extreme environmental conditions
(c) Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations by third parties
(d) Normal wear and tear, such as fading, scratches, or deterioration of consumable parts
(e) Use of non-EGG authorized accessories or parts
(f) Commercial use (unless explicitly stated otherwise in product-specific terms)
(g) Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, counterfeit products, or products with altered serial numbers
5. General Provisions
Limitation of Liability: EGG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the breach of this warranty, including loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to other property.
Liability Cap: EGG’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the actual purchase price paid by the Customer for the product.
Entire Agreement: This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and EGG regarding warranty coverage. It supersedes any prior oral or written agreements or representations.
Policy Revisions: EGG reserves the right to revise or update this Policy at any time. The updated Policy will be posted on the official EGG website, and the changes will take effect immediately upon posting unless specified otherwise.
6. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy will be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
